Video duration: 239 seconds Cravings have gotten a little worse, but I felt pretty good today overall. I went running with my roommate, then laid on the porch and looked at the stars. Moved the recording studio to the bedroom, since there's way less noise (making the recordings way easier to listen to) Not bad for a day 3! Video duration: 448 seconds Today wasn't all too bad, but cravings were the worst they've been all cleanse... I'm so glad the lemonade tastes as good as it does! If I had to drink something nasty for the cleanse, this might be unbearable. As it is, it's only a bit of a challenge!!! Take that, toxins!!! Skin was peeling really bad, my whole body hurt when I woke up, and I was craving for the food in every box I passed today. Video duration: 527 seconds Not feeling bad at all. Woke up and cleaned the house, but felt a little weak 'till I had my first lemonade for the day. Back up to 3 quarts of lemonade per day, and I think it's best to stay at least at three, since I was waking up hungry on mornings after only having had 2 quarts. Otherwise, not much to report.
