Thank you so much for posting these! I am on day 14. When I started I thought I would only make it to day 4 and now I am on day 14 :) I plan on going to day 20 and then seeing from there. The cleanse is much easier then I thought it would be. I am down 14 lbs and am excited to see the results when I get to day 20. Your videos really helped.

I just want to say that I have a great aunt who is over 100 years old, and has only eaten healthy foods (balanced fruits/veggies/meat/carbs NO junk) all her life. She has NEVER had to cleanse herself because she never ate junk. Other than bad hearing and a very recent mild stroke, she is healthy still. Just a little food for thought (pun intended).

best to make the lemonade fresh and drink within 10 minutes. do not premix for the day. if you are unable to squeeze a lemon for each drink, premix only the lemon and maple syrup in glass, not plastic, mason jar (the maple syrup preserves the integrity of the lemon) and then add to the water and cayenne when you want to drink. use organic lemons, ripened on the counter for a couple of days or more. the sun reactivates the enzymes in the lemon after refrigeration. consult an expert.

you can find the lemon juicer thing at a grocery store in the kitchen aisle, also the grade b maple syrup will be at any natural grocery store, so will the laxative tea, seriously the salt water is so sick, thats why i stopped the first time but try those places first. gotta do it right :) good luck!

Actually I did it and only craved food twice the whole time. I tried to eat a frito while on it but the minute it touched my tongue it tasted so nasty I couldn't even keep it in my mouth. Oh wow... the Salt Water Flush! You work at 7 am every morning... you need to do the SWF at like 4am! it will take about 30 mins for it to work... then you'll be in the Powder Room:) for a good30-40 mins. Or I stay n that long just to make sure I'm completely done. Then you are good to go! The flush is an internal wash... it literally flushes out of you and then it's over. DON'T EVER take the SWF right before going to work... i would hate to be stuck in traffic & have it kick in!!

Thank you for the info you shared with me.. I'm glad to know my brain function was optimized. I felt very clear and my energy level was through the roof. When I recorded this video I was out all night and was tired. I didn't take any vitamins or supplements during the cleanse because it wasn't allowed. i got all of my vitamins and minerals from the cleanse itself.. That's why you have to use Grade B maple syrup! I hope you have fully recovered from your strokes and you're feeling great now!

I suppose the lemonade and salt meant to increace urine production to "wash" the kidneys. a simple diuretic, such as coffee or tea would be much better. besides that, "cleansing" your kidneys doesn't do much for you toxins. toxins (freeradicals etc.) are mainly found in oxidized fat stores. the best way to "cleanse" would be first to eat a lost of fiber (apples, bannanas, flax seed, nuts) to increase peristaltic waves in your intestine. then injest antioxidants to neutralize toxins (berries, VA)

You are perhaps right there, I am a biologist not a physiasist (and I doubt I can even spell the former due to my heavy dyslexia), and I don't pretend to know everything about electrons. I know they have other properties than just movement, they don't behave in quite the same way as matter would, and I also know that it is electrons that make up our 'soul'. God himself is a logical impossability in several different ways, and logic never contradicts itself. Yea, I found the same thing at Whole Foods last night. Girl, I did the SWF this morning and made it down to the last sip and ended up throwing half of what I drank, which was odd because that has never happened before. My sis suggested I try magnesium citrate (saline solution). I'm researching that now...I hope I can use that as a substitute because I actually like the taste of that.

@Arunadawn I suppose, but just curious as to why? I often feel like shortened cleanses (shortened = anything pre/during the "white film" stage) aren't cleanses at all. I would say do it until you get past the white film on the tongue stage (which for me is today, day 5) and they stop if you want to. I'm not sure how often you should do this in succession either so check and see if others have done something similar. Hope that helps! ~ ini

I think that no matter what, you will be eliminating the waste that has built up in your system while on the cleanse. Whether it comes out gently or too quickly is the question. if drinking the senna tea full strength is too rough on your system and diluting it works, go for it. Remember that lemon juice is a natural detoxifier and cleansing with it will definitely cause some cramping and spontaneous elimination. How are you feeling otherwise? Keep moving ahead toward your goal and thanks.

I got lucky, I love maple syrup and I actually really love the way the lemonade tastes, even with the cayenne pepper. I have also been using herbal teas when I need the taste of something different. Good luck and remember the food will still be there when you finish the diet. Thanks for the input.

thats great your going for the full 40 days! I'm on my 6th day, my first 2 days were difficult. I also had an upset stomach with the laxative tea, so I've been researching on on how to prevent the upset stomach after drinking the laxative tea, and instead of leaving my tea bag in the cup while I'm drinking it, I dipped the tea bag 8-9 times and threw it away and the next morning, I didn't have the upset stomach...
