i am planing to start this cleans the day after tomorrow, and was wondering if you experianced any weekness (a little is to be expected throughout fasts i guess) but i mean any major weekness. i have things like driving tests babysitting little things that can be stressfull if your extremily low on energy. just wondering if i should put it off till i have a free calender or just go for it?

A juice fast is probably healthier than the master cleanse. At least you'd still be getting vitamins and minerals. I'm on day one of a liquid only fast. I'm hoping to lose 10-15 lbs. in a couple of weeks. Who knows?

I changed my eating habits and have felt GREAT since. I never put the weight back on at all...I'm actually at a even lower weight since diet change and lots of bike riding. I would not be worried about loosing muscle mass. I believe your muscles will just be more toned and more powerfull! BEST to YOU!

Wow! First I thought it was a joke, but I am glad I kept on watching. You look absolutely great, more rested, skin firmer, after 10 days. I did try it last year too but I just couldn't drink up the first glas. It tasted awful because of the Cayenne peper. So strong! However, it's great to see that you could go on for 10 days. Wow! You really are cool! Good luck further!

I'd like to know how you felt after you returned to "normal" eating habits. Hqw fast did you put on the 10lbs. again (did you at all?) or was it even more? I'm a little concerned about doing a fast because I'm afraid of loosing muscles-mass insteed of fat and to even harm my body with a jo-jo effect.

I really want to try this cleanse but need some clarification first. I understand that it can be challenging for your body without protein and will therefore like to know whether shorter periods are more suitable for people who: - are vegetarian, - eat only fish and or plant protein or - generally eat small portions versus overeating, let alone overeating protein. Should such people reduce the number of lemonade diet days?

Please be VERY CAREFUL with the salt flush. I did it yesterday, day 4 of my lemonade diet. One hour after drinking 2/3 of the quart of water, I projectile vomited the water back up, followed by a LOT of BLOOD. Was taken to hospital where an ER nurse told me that warm salt water used to be recommended to induce vomiting. Not any more b/c it's too DANGEROUS. Throws electrolytes out of whack. Please be careful!!!
