Thank you so much for posting these! I am on day 14. When I started I thought I would only make it to day 4 and now I am on day 14 :) I plan on going to day 20 and then seeing from there. The cleanse is much easier then I thought it would be. I am down 14 lbs and am excited to see the results when I get to day 20. Your videos really helped.

Actually I did it and only craved food twice the whole time. I tried to eat a frito while on it but the minute it touched my tongue it tasted so nasty I couldn't even keep it in my mouth. Lemon and Grade B maple syrup helps you keep those nutrients you need glucose and everything... you'd be amazed what a lemon does for your body.

I just want to say that I have a great aunt who is over 100 years old, and has only eaten healthy foods (balanced fruits/veggies/meat/carbs NO junk) all her life. She has NEVER had to cleanse herself because she never ate junk. Other than bad hearing and a very recent mild stroke, she is healthy still. Just a little food for thought (pun intended).

best to make the lemonade fresh and drink within 10 minutes. do not premix for the day. if you are unable to squeeze a lemon for each drink, premix only the lemon and maple syrup in glass, not plastic, mason jar (the maple syrup preserves the integrity of the lemon) and then add to the water and cayenne when you want to drink. use organic lemons, ripened on the counter for a couple of days or more. the sun reactivates the enzymes in the lemon after refrigeration. consult an expert.

imo the guy that made up the Master Cleanse either did it as a joke initially or was on drugs when he came up with it from a nutritional perspective its about as healthy as chainsmoking filterless cigs all day between bottles of JD and drinking salt water can simply kill you - sodium is a highly regulated element in the body, and the least fluctuation in it leads to severe side-effects, even as little as 500mg - drinking salt water is enough to rupture arteries or stop your heart entirely

WOW. 12 in 4 days? Thats actually good. You probably did the right thing by coming off if you were losing weight that fast. After I'm done with the diet I will try to do the raw food diet. I will cheat sometimes but I can always do the salt water flush to eliminate those toxins.

Remember, it's not a DIET...its a BODY CLEANSE... a side effect to the cleanse is the weight loss. I would more-so say its water weight versus fat loss. I do recommend cleansing the body of the buildup of toxins... Good luck!

Im using raw honey- I mean, come on- read the label- there really isnt anything in the grade b maple that is going to make the difference right? Im on my second day and have lost nearly 2 lbs. Of course thats just water weight...but still. The only thing that grade b has going for it is that it has a little more nutrients than honey. For the cost i can live with that. Same results with honey. I may switch to grade b if im on like day 20 - but we'll see.

Wow, you're a real inspiration, you look really fit and fresh faced from the fast. I agree with you about the government messing with our food, gm crops, fluoride in the water etc. Don't know if USA is worse for this than Europe. Btw, maple syrup is cheap over there! Grade B is hard to come by in England, and REAL expensive!
