Even excersice itself does not burn alot of calories, walking for an hour only burns a few hundred calories. So your metabolism does not slow down THAT much when you sleep. IT still comes down to calories in calories out like a bank manager with numbers. I eat a huge meal every night and i get leaner when i watch my calories.

I have been a natural bodybuilder for 5 years, and bodybuilders have always been ahead of the general concensus for diet. Complex carbs, lean meats,vegies, fruits and healthy fats should be incorporated in every meal. But even if you dont eat healthy, if you take in less calories then you burn you will loose fat period. It comes down to calories in calories out. eating every few hours should be a staple. And resistance training is key, the more muscle you have the greater calories you can burn.

One qualm, he says that three meals a day is a good idea. And it is in contrast to 2 meals or 1 meal, but the more frequently someone eats, the faster the metabolism will become. When the body knows that it has a constant supply of food and always will, it won't feel the need to store fat. 6 smaller meals a day and exercise in between, even if it's as little as 10 minutes will help keep the weight off. i know this video is super old, but a few years ago i went through a weight loss phase where i lost a great deal of weight and kept it off (wow i sound like one of those commercials... for ringtones or sex) and if you want to talk about it send me a PM. I weighed 347.6 pounds (i use the metric system but im user friendly) as a 6"2' man and worked my weight down to 193.6 pounds, without any dieting and pretty minimal amount of exercise. It took a year but the weight stayed off and i added muscle.

Brown sugar contains about 17 kilocalories per teaspoon, compared with 16 kilocalories for white sugar. So about the same. Be easy on the honey to, bcuz like sugar, it still contains glucose and fructose. It just doesn't convert to fat as fast. Btw, I have visited Hairlista n love it. Do your thang girl! Awesome girl! I too am 5'5 and around March of this year weighed in at 181 after two kids and not being able to fit anything I decided I needed to change my lifestyle. I am 30 plus pounds lighter and I have a little more to go. Your tips were great and just shows with exercise, eating healthier smaller portions that the weight just falls off.
