Preach preacher! That is the main reason why I really haven't shared what I'm doing with many people. They'll think I'm crazy... no food for 10 days? She must be going through a mid life crisis! I wasnt feeling well either, like I started to feel really ill. I am sorry that you felt ill as well. You were right when you said that the people around you may not understand what you are going through mentally, without food. It is soooo difficult. I found that alot of times I was sad on the mastercleanse. I heard that that was a symptom of detox. I want to take this time to thank you for your support, you guys have changed my life!:)
