I did it! I completed 40 days on the master cleanse! This has been an amazing journey. I have never felt this connected to myself and I have lost over 32 pounds!

Thank you so much for posting these! I am on day 14. When I started I thought I would only make it to day 4 and now I am on day 14 :) I plan on going to day 20 and then seeing from there. The cleanse is much easier then I thought it would be. I am down 14 lbs and am excited to see the results when I get to day 20. Your videos really helped.

I am starting tomorrow! I've done the master cleanse a couple of times in the past but usually not longer than 10 days! Since January I am trying to start the detox but break up after 5days.. so HOPEFULLY I'll be successful from tomorrow on! Today I eat nothing but breakfast. Thanks for being an inspiration!!!!! skip the coke, diet or regular, your goal is to detox stuff out of your body, and soda has toxins that are not good for us ESPECIALLY diet coke... sodas are bad because they do not use real sugar like they use too. search coke product ingredients on the internet, all the fancy words you see, thats the stuff we do not want to put into our bodies, and that is the some of the stuff we attempt to detox.... stick with the cleanse. best of luck

Hi Abigail, I have been researching the master cleanse. Thank you for your vlogs! They have been very helpful. I have a question for you. You had said that in the begining you were getting headaches. Are you able to take anything for those? I take prilosec in the am along with allergy meds, should I stop taking these since I am detoxing? I have a question, im in australia, and it is written in the book that it is not recommended to continue this detox passed 10-14 days without medical supervision. Are you supervised? It states that the tongue will turn a pink colour (white to pink change) when the detox is complete, have you passed this mark? if you have, isnt 30days just a starvation diet as there are no more cleansing benifits? let me know - as im keen to do it longer than 14days as well.

I am not sure how much fat I have lost but I have definitely lost inches. My body is smaller all over. My goal after finishing the lemonade is to maintain the inches lost, by transitioning slowly into solids, if I don't do this correctly I will gain the inches and fat back.

You may be dehydrated and therefore retaining water; I think that is why the salt water flush is so important. It will make you thirsty and cause you to drink more, thus hydrating yourself.

The maple syrup and lemons in the master cleanse provide enough calories and nutrition for the "fast"; its not a true fast though. oh whoever and a reminder of whoever does a water fast, DONT EXCERCISE. well you can do stretches and walking and that stuff but dont do workout routines. You can literally have a heart attack from doing that cause it can shut down your body from over exerting yourself. trust me, i learned the hard way lol. i did a water fast for a week and did daily excercises for like 4-5 hours. oh but trust me, i lost like 4 or 5 pounds and slimmed me down good but i had bad headaches
