I'm trying it. First day! I eased myself into it by eating one meal a day (dinner), then I started the master cleanse tonight (no food all day). I read that the digestive system will chill out after a few days, so the hunger pangs will stop.

i only made 5 days and everytime i tried to coem back it was soooo hard,now when i try to go on i dont lose weight fast,another thing to mention is soemone does have real good control over eating ,theyll end up binging,but i keep trying but its tough the second time..

Hello. I wanted to update those who check in at Abigail's 40-day video. I am ended my 40-day cleanse 2 weeks ago and I am steady at 190-lbs now, 5 lbs more than when I ended at 185. I still feel great and I feel that I earned the opportunity to maintain this weight and now lose more through diet and exercise. I do my regular gym routine of cardio/weights 3x/week but I also maintain a 1600-cal/day limit for all but one day in the week. I do allow 1 day for my food and wine indulgences.
